As the weather starts to cool off, things are hotting up at Inspire Media HQ, everyone is into 5th gear, ensuring we deliver on our media sales services.
Thankfully for me, our Legendary Senior Project Manager, Charlotte Turnbull - the Queen of Implementation - is on hand. Charly is a vital part of everything we do at Inspire Media, and I thought I’d take the opportunity to introduce her.
Charly is an avid implementer, keen problem solver, and skilled digital marketing practitioner. With over 11 years’ experience in the media and marketing industry, she is a real asset to the Inspire Media team.
Our clients love working with her because she's organised, efficient, very knowledgeable and great fun! There's no project that she can't run with meticulous deadlines and efficiency. Ask anyone who works with her, and they’ll tell you that EVERYONE needs a Charly Turnbull on their team.

When did you join Inspire, and what did you do before?
I joined the Inspire Media team in March 2017. Immediately before this, I worked in Radio at KISS FM and Magic FM in London - where I was responsible for managing Promotions, Sponsorships, Competitions and Social Media coverage for clients who wanted to advertise their product, film or event.
What do you love most about your role at Inspire Media?
The people! I love working with local media companies because these guys really care about their brand and their area. Growing up for me, the local radio station was a big deal, and I like that I am part of their success now as an adult. Meeting local businesses in the area who come to our events is also interesting. I like meeting new people because you never know what you can learn from them.
What do you think makes Inspire Media so effective?
It's our people and our experience. The team at Inspire Media are the best I have ever worked with! Between us, we must be tracking up to 100 years' experience, and each one of us has a unique approach to what we do. However, we all hold the same values; our love and knowledge of local and regional media - this is what makes us truly stand out!
What do you do for fun?
If I am not at a rugby match (I live in Twickenham), I’m usually at a local band night, or festival. I have a big passion for music, and my track record to date is 38 festivals.
What's your dream holiday destination?
I lived in America for a while. For me, the Deep South is my second home. I go there every year to visit friends … and live in a more peaceful environment for a few weeks.
Is there anything else you'd like people to know about you?
A little-known fact that surprises everyone is that I have a Master’s degree in American Politics & History.
